This is what I always wanted and needed. Perfect size and layout. Door shelves are nice and big, this freezer is perfect. No more bending over moving things around to find what I™™m looking for. I am a bit of an extreme organizer so I got dollar store buckets to make things even better.

The refrigerator broke down on New Years Eve only had for 4 months, Frigidaire warranty requires attempting to repair before replacing. Why would I want to keep a unit the went down after 4 months and why should I have to wait almost a week for an attempted repair. Not for nothing I don't have spare sitting around... purchased a replacement so I wouldn't go without to long. 4 MONTHS is not acceptable for a major appliance to go DOWN!

Wonderful to have a top freezer at eye level. Fits perfectly into my cabinet system. LED light is great. I had a Samsung prior and always had to keep repairing. Frigidaire make the best appliances. Glad I bought this.

This fridge is just perfect. Great size, right about if shelves but what I like most is the size of the door shelf™™s. I don™™t need a big freezer so this is just the right size. The option to easily change the way the door opens is a bonus incase I ever move. I also own many other Frigidaire products and have always been extremely please with them and never had any issues.

Almost every time I shut the lower door to the refrigerator the top freezer door pops open. Air pressure from closing the bottom door forces the top door ajar. If I do not notice the freezer door ajar, condencing moisture forms and freezes at the top door jam. The springing that shuts the top door is not forceful enough to totally closes. Poor design.

My new Frigidaire works & cools very well, but it is loud. The constant hum is tough to get used to. The low-pitched, droning noise only stops for a few minutes a day. The ice maker is also very loud. Every time the ice is dispensed the mechanism turns and you can hear the gears move and then 20 seconds later the water goes off and it's crazy, like a muffled fog horn. To get the unit to cool the fridge down to 40 degrees you need to set it a bit beyond the recommended center mark. The way the freezer is designed, if you have the ice maker you only have 1 option for the shelf. The space below is very narrow and you need another shelf or everything is just piled up. I added a wire shelf to create space for airflow. Without the wire shelf or some other divider the space could not be used very well.

The size of this fridge is perfect for the existing dimensions in our kitchen. No ice maker or through-the-door water gizmos - EXACTLY what we wanted! The one minus is the lack of a 'butter garage', but easier for us to use a covered butter dish which is our preference!

Our 3 1/2 year old refrigerator died and we were in a tough spot to get it fixed or replace. We learned after finally getting a repair company to show up that the cost to fix was more than a new replacement through Lowes. We purchased a new upright from Lowes and had it delivered and the old refrigerator carted away in two days. We are extremely pleased with the response from Lowe™™s.

We got this refrigerator after the one we had for 22 years died. It was sodisappointing when it stopped cooling after 4 months and we had to call for service. We were without refrigerator for 3 weeks starting the day after Thanksgiving, a very busy time, because there was a failed compressor and timer which had to be ordered separately. The service person came today and the refrigerator is running again but I am wary. I hope it won't fail but it's an unpleasant feeling wondering if it will or not. The model I have is a two-door basic box a fridge and a freezer, and I bought it because it was simple without all those digital bells and whistles you see on the newer models. We didn't even have an ice maker. So I'm really hoping that this repaired appliance lasts. I am disappointed though.

Very nice. The interior seems a lot larger than I anticipated. I like the way you can move the deli compartment from side to side. The only thing I have found when I set the freezer on recommended settings it was getting about 28° below zero far in the red so I had to turn it back. Works great. The interior temperature works holds its temperature. Great recommend it.

I bought an 18 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerator in July 2024. Almost immediately it started making a grinding noise from time to time, and frosting up around the inside gasket. I called customer support and they suggested I try adjusting the temperature settings, which did not help. On November 21, 2024 the freezer stopped cooling. The earliest service date available was December 2. I was going to be out of town at that time, so scheduled for someone to come the day I returned - December 11. The tech (who was great) told me it looked like the unit could not be fixed, and they would let me know about a replacement in 7-10 business days. I called customer service, who said I should hear within 24-48 hours. I am a senior citizen who has been without a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks, with no end in sight. I called customer service via your corporate headquarters, and was told there was nothing she could do to escalate this problem. I would like someone to look into this, to attempt to identify the source of the problem at the factory. Perhaps then you could prevent this from happening to someone else. Very unhappy with your refrigerator, and your customer service department.

When it came time to replace my black LG French door 13 y.o. refrigerator, I knew it wasn't going to be easy because black refrigerators are hard to find or simply not kept in stock. I settled on this Frigidaire top freezer model because it came in black and was available and has a deli drawer. The reviews were overall good with no mention of major breakdowns such as compressors. I also knew I could get by with less c.f. As other reviews noted, it can be noisy as it cycles but the noises are normal. I bought the extended warranty because it's my belief things today are not built to last. I don't expect this refrigerator to last 13 years like my old LG. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's difficult to regulate the fridge and freezer temps. I read the refrigerator temp dial controls the freezer as well so if you change the temp in the fridge up or down, it should also change the freezer up or down. The thermometer in the fridge has yet to reach the safety temp even though I've adjusted it several times since purchasing the refrigerator 11/26/24. Adjusting the fridge temp up slightly has resulted in the freezer temp moving to the max temp. I know food is being kept cold so as long as the freezer is within the thermometer freezer zone, I'll be happy with where the fridge is set. Haul away of the old fridge and delivery of this refrigerator was a nightmare. I think I've resolved all those problems with the seller.

Day before Thanksgiving it was dead. Light worked but that was it. Ice cubes were melted so had to toss everything. 1.5 weeks to get a tech out. He™™s ordered the parts but says it will be 2-3 weeks. So 6 month old fridge dead from Thanksgiving to Christmas. No more Frigidaire ever

This is really good as a garage fridge. There is plenty of room inside while being a smaller sized appliance. My only complaint is that it is fairly noisy when cooling. Not a huge problem as it™™s being used in our garage. I would recommend !
